DISCO YOGA

Disco Yoga

Everyone loves a disco, and at USPAAH we certainly love yoga, so why not combine the two? Whoever thought of this idea is seriously on to something. This Halloween, The Hoxton Hotel in Holborn hosts Disco Yoga (yes, really!), a yoga fitness class involving a spooky soundtrack, lashings of UV body paint and a Halloween themed brunch to follow.

£18-£35, book ahead, 28 October, 10.30am/noon

DINE LIKE BEAUTY AND THE FEAST

Beauty and the Feast

Our favourite event of the terror themed season is this anarchic theatrical dining experience based on ‘Beauty and the Beast’ at The Vaults. Designed by east London-based immersive events studio Darling & Edge, the theatrical dining experience lends itself as an immersive adult pantomime, including food and cocktails and a sinister reboot of the classic fairy tail.‘Beauty and the Feast’ offers an interactive set, adult humour, plus booze, plus a disco DJ after the show.

Tickets includes dinner, desert, show and disco; drink is extra.

PSYCHO TAKES THE SHARD

Psycho at The Shard

The View From The Shard has only gone and decided to host the UK’s HIGHEST pop-up cinema. They’re going all out on this one; watching Hitchcock classic Psycho 800ft above London isn’t something we ever thought we’d say we’d done but it sounds great doesn’t it? Throw a complimentary cocktail in the mix and it’s looking like a ghoulish but great night.

£40, book ahead, 31 October, 8pm

ONE FOR YOUR LITTLE MONSTERS

During half term there are lots of family friendly Halloween activities taking place at London Zoo. We’re talking bat caves, pumpkin patches and even ghost tours (its times like this when you must remember to ‘Adult’). Don’t be afraid of getting your hands dirty, with spooky themed arts and crafts lessons too – who said pumpkin carving was just for the kids hey?
