Aerial Hoop with Flying Fantastic

Flying Fantastic

When we first saw Aerial, we imagined a Disney princess themed class and what a class that could have been… Reality check: The aerial hoop is a circular steel apparatus rigged from the ceiling, designed to enable you to perform dynamic tricks, swings, spins and more. Great for building strength, and increasing flexibility (thank us later;)), this full body workout will strengthen your core muscles and upper body strength like no other classes out there. We dare you to try it.

House of Voga

House of Voga

Described as “The haute couture of fitness”, and we couldn’t agree more. House of Voga is the brainchild of set designer Juliet Murrell, who qualified as a yoga instructor to restore her energy levels after a bout of bad health. Merging Yoga and the revolutionary Voguing dance style, Voga is the one for you if you enjoy yoga but want a cardio workout too. Did someone say Paris Is Burning? Fitness has never felt so fabulous!

Float Fit

Floatfit

As you’ve probably heard, HIIT classes and workouts can be the most beneficial as not only are they quick but they work wonders for the waistline. FloatFit classes take the concept of HIIT and add all the fun and slippery stuff to the mix – (we’re talking water boards and a pool guys!). There are over 1,500 FloatFit instructors worldwide, and plenty of places to try out classes in London. Go for HIIT for a full body workout, or Float Fit Yoga if you’re wanting a more chilled entrance to exercise this January.

If you want to feel the burn then go for this class and break your barriers, we did… we almost cried BUT the accomplishment we felt afterwards was through the roof! Prepare for 45 minutes of mental and physical intensity, with back to back sets of weighted squats, lunges and more, alongside running sessions on the latest Woodway 4Front treadmills. Prepare to push your body to limits you didn’t know existed, and then treat yourself to their Roots & Bulbs’ cold-pressed juice bar.

Private Yoga or Pilates Instructor

Bring the zen to your home. Save yourself the commute to the yoga studio – book a personal and private yoga or pilates experience at home.

Private home yoga instructors are deemed to have a better understanding of your unique needs – as not all of us are blessed with flexibility. The main goal is to improve your overall physical condition and also boost your mental health, too. A private yoga teacher will help you do that, in the comfort of your home.

Private pilates instructors will work more on toning your body, and helping you gradually work towards strengthening your core and major muscles. This is more about stability, balance and endurance.

Book your private yoga or pilates session online or via the USPAAH app. For £15 off your first session use the code YOGA15 at checkout.

Massage and sport go hand in hand to boost overall well-being. By incorporating both into your fitness routine, you’ll boost circulation, recover faster and be able to reach your goals easier. To book a Deep Muscle Recovery massage in the comfort of your home, simply download the app or book online.
